Compassionate Online Counselling for Anxiety, Trauma & Emotional Well-being

Integrating evidence-based psychotherapy with body-mind approaches inspired by Eastern wisdom.

Healing isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about gently reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been carrying too much for too long.

Working With Mind, Body and the Inner Self

We’ll make sense of what’s happening cognitively (your thoughts and underlying beliefs), somatically (nervous system responses and bodily signals), and emotionally (needs, attachment patterns, and the meaning you give things). This supports you in moving from mere surviving toward feeling more regulated, grounded, and aligned with yourself. It’s a holistic approach that intentionally brings the mind down into the heart space with presence and awareness.

Who Can I Help: Support for Anxiety, Grief, and Life Transitions‍ ‍

I support adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, grief, or relationship difficulties, to name a few— and who need a calm space to make sense of what they may be carrying without judgment. As a visibly identifiable Sikh, my approach is anti-oppressive and culturally sensitive, which means I’m mindful of how identity, family systems, migration, and lived experience shape both distress and healing. I offer sessions in English and Punjabi, and whether you’re seeking practical tools, deeper self-understanding, or both, we’ll work at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life - and you will call it fate”. - Carl Jung

From initial enquiry through to your first therapy session‍ ‍

You can start by getting in touch through the contact form or by emailing me, and I’ll respond with a few options for a brief introductory call within 24 hours. In the free 30-minute call, we’ll gently explore what’s bringing you to therapy, what support you’re looking for, and whether my way of working feels like the right fit. If we choose to continue, we’ll agree on a regular weekly session time which will be remote (Zoom or Telephone), and we’ll begin at a pace that feels safe — checking in as we go so the work stays supportive, clear, and tailored to you.
